The Chime of the Clock Tower

In this gripping ABDL story, you follow Jason, an assistant to an incredibly incompetent mayor who has recently commissioned a clock tower in the floating city of Tonaburg, a newly created city that is thirty years old with a population of 250. 

But here's the kicker. The Clock Tower is a sentient entity that wishes to mentally regress all of Tonaburg's inhabitants, and with each passing chime of its bell, how will this end up? Read and see!

2. The Cunaria Clock Tower appears in towns with populations of five hundred or less.

3. They will use illusion magic to trick mayors into thinking that the Clock Tower is a new attraction that has been commissioned.

4. The regression of a Cunaria Clock Tower works in phases; by the time the clock tower chimes 6 times, it's all over.

5. A Curnaria clock tower has the ability to regress entire towns, turning them into an isolated nursery cut off from the rest of the world.

6. The Curnaria Clock Tower will eventually create caretakers to baby the town. These caretakers can take on many forms, from plushies to fairies to Gargareans or 9-foot-tall giants.

7. The Curnaria Clock Towers will also create a harbinger, normally a steward who takes on various tasks for the clock tower itself.

8. It should be noted that the Curnaria Clock Tower itself is the entity that desires to regress small towns. Why it wants this is a mystery, and why it manifests as a clock tower is a mystery since its true form has never been seen.

The Curnaria Clock Towers also possess powerful time magic and can stop aging for the entire town they inhabit, but continuing on the Curnaria Clock Towers will convert the entire town into a silver-gated nursery that will be locked away from the rest of the world, and more illusion magic will be used to hide the entire town.
